Project description: The project aims to ensure access to justice for minorities, vulnerable and marginalized groups. Specific objectives of the project are to provide legal consultations; to prepare legal documentations; to ensure legal presence at courts; and to continue litigation of the ongoing cases. GYLA will continue strategic litigation in the Constitutional Court and the common courts on the ongoing cases that were taken on through the PROLoG sub-award. In addition to these, the cases related to domestic violence, protection of property rights of women, family law and other issues contributing to women’s empowerment will be especially targeted.
